Please tell us your preferred date or cohort and the number of participants so we can check availability and allocate the right number of places.

Use the special requirements box to let us know about accessibility needs, dietary requirements, learning preferences, or anything else that will help us tailor the course. Once you submit the form, our team will review your request, confirm availability, and email you a booking confirmation with next steps. In some cases, we may contact you to suggest alternative dates if your first choice is full.

You can ask us to update or remove your details at any time, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Where you cancel within the stated notice period, any fees already paid will be refunded according to our policy. If you reschedule, we will do our best to move you to another suitable date or cohort, subject to availability. Any specific deadlines or fees for late changes will be clearly explained in your confirmation email.
